We understand that occasionally, unforeseen incidents can occur during the shipping process, resulting in damaged, wrong, or tampered-with products being delivered. Rest assured, we are fully committed to promptly resolving such situations. To ensure a smooth and efficient exchange or return process, we have established the following policy:

Damaged/Wrong Shipment

Exchanges are only offered in cases if you have received a damaged or wrong product, or product that has been tampered with during shipment. An unboxing video from start to end under 24 hours of receiving the product for the policy to be applicable. If you fail to contact us within 24 hours, we cannot guarantee an exchange or refund.

What if I do not like the product after receiving it? 

we prioritize maintaining the utmost transparency to ensure our customers are fully confident in their purchasing decisions. Before proceeding with your order, we strongly encourage you to explore the following options, allowing you to have a clear understanding of the product you are considering:

1. Please note: All live videos and photos are available on our website, allowing you to thoroughly review each product before making a purchase. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on personal preferences such as not liking the product. 

2. Live Pictures: To ensure complete clarity regarding the appearance of our products, we offer the option of Live Photos captured during the packaging process. These unedited photos accurately represent the product just before it is packaged. You can find a vast collection of these photos in our Instagram highlights.

3. Customer Reviews and Pictures: In addition to the Live Photos, we have an extensive array of customer reviews available on both our feed and in our Customer Review highlights. These reviews include picture reviews directly submitted by our valued customers. They provide valuable insights and visual representations of the product's quality and appearance.

We believe that by availing yourself of these resources, you will have an accurate and comprehensive understanding of our products. We are dedicated to transparency and want to ensure that you feel confident and informed when making your purchase decisions.

If you’re not satisfied with the product and wish to exchange it for a different color or item, you can contact us within 24-48 hours to raise a request for excahnge, you have two options :-
 Self-Courier – You can return the product using a courier service of your choice. Once we receive the product, we’ll dispatch the replacement. Please note, the pickup must be arranged by you. 
Please ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging.

Important: Sale Products Are Not Eligible for Exchange or Return

Products purchased during a sale or promotional offer are strictly not eligible for exchange or return. Please make your purchase decisions accordingly.
